WHY...

In today’s day and age, our children are bombarded with information. Some of it good and some of it bad. I believe there is a dire need for children to be invested in not only by their parents, teachers and external professionals but by someone who can build them in areas of their lives in a meaningful way.

This is where I come in...


My Program is specifically designed to build children up in ways that increase their grit, self belief and, in so doing, helping them to develop into confident, capable and well rounded individuals


WHERE...

I offer 30 Minute sessions in either my classroom or from my home in sunninghill.

Children are exposed to various skills in a fun and interactive environent.

Areas that will be covered include:

  • Creating a vision board for the year
  • Creating a vision journal
  • Having a vision day where goals are set for the year
  • Goal setting exercises
  • Putting together ‘boast boards’
  • Grief share sessions
  • Chat sessions in an informal setting through play (informal play therapy)
  • Teaching study skills
  • Money matters - teaching children how to save and manage money
  • entrepreneurial skill development - coming up with a business plan to run their first little business
  • Learning how to self motivate
  • How to approach a stressful situation: breathing exercises, teaching ‘mindfulness’
  • Learning to guard your heart - an interactive session follower by an ‘on paper’ activity
  • Putting together ‘words to live by’
